Nature profoundly informs my spirituality and my spiritual practices and I love the process of rediscovering self and God in the outdoors. I am open to all who want Spiritual Direction and believe that there are many different pathways to God.

Helping others get in touch with a sense wonder and prioritizing joy are the most life giving aspects of Spiritual Direction to me.
